The Sci Fi Channel (a subsidiary of NBC Universal that owns BSG the series) has a new videomaker toolkit. I haven’t tried it out yet but it looks pretty fun if you have the know-how. It gives an opportunity for fans of the show, and aspiring filmakers, to have a little fun creating their own 4 minute BSG short movie. There is also a contest for the best video which will be aired on television during an upcoming episode of Battlestar Galactica. Give it a shot and let me know if anyone submits their vid, I’d love to link to it from my blog.
