Inspired by my previous post on the topic of Success, I was reading over one of my quotes, “Success . . . my motivation to succeed is no longer selfish. I think about what I can do to help my friends and family if I were in a position to do so. My success means helping others to achieve theirs“, and realized that I have not used this blog site to fulfill this commitment.Therefore, I introduce to you all my new project on Leo Chiang DOT COM: Success 101. Through this on-line forum I will be showcasing other talented people in the entertainment-related industry, hopefully they will get the break they are looking for. No matter how talented a person is they will not get the opportunity to shine if no ones sees them for what they are capable of.
With no further ado, I’m proud to present Karen Pang. I first met Karen many years ago when we
worked together in a nightclub, her a waitress and I a doorman. Through the magic of the internet we found each other just recently and were amazed at how much we’ve all changed . . . for the better!
Karen is now actively, and successfully, competing in fitness competitions and hopes to continue to succeed in this life-changing pursuit. As stated in her Myspace profile, “There’s not much to know about me. Just trying to explore the world and meet new friends along the way! I’ve started competing in Fitness competitions this year and LOVING IT!!! Never in a million years did any of my friends and family ever
expected me to do such a thing. I like surprising people and you can always expect the unexpected with me. One word to describe myself is quirky. If you ever meet me, u’ll know why… I am currently looking for sponsors to support my fitness competitions. Please contact me if you are interested or know of any potential sponsors!”, quite the ball of energy in a little 5′2″ package!
Karen is currently working on her own website and I will update on Leo Chiang DOT COM when it’s up and running. Best of luck Karen, I’m proud of you. I know you’ll do great!

Good idea on the project, I look forward to learning more about some of the talent people you are friends with.
