I'd forgotten the stove-top popcorn! No cordless phones either, no home computers at all untill the commadore 64 and even then it was DOS instead of windows. But, kids today have to jump through hoops to get thier drivers licences, compete to get into a local college with a "A" average, are crammed into classrooms with more than 30 kids because schools are being shut down and cannot walk to school anymore because it is no longer safe to do so! I loved growing up in the 80's! I never missed the conveniences I never knew could exist. Just remember, these kids who are bitching now will have to listen to the same shit when they are 30!
