Not sure of the entire story but as you can see from the photos, the woman driving the car on the bottom (she’s still in the car) was distracted and slammed into the car in front. She was probably talking on her cell phone, doing her make-up and drinking a grande, double, no-fat soy, extra hot, french vanilla latte.
