Many people have asked me just what is this Crossfit workout that I’ve been taking with Stephen, and I always find it hard to explain since each workout is so bloody different and the workouts are so unlike anything I’ve ever done. Well, if pictures speak a thousand words then videos must speak a million-ish. Here’s a good taste of why every Crossfit workout makes me want to either pass out or throw up. The only thing they do differently is that their push ups are easily done on the ground, we use the Olympic rings for push ups and dips, which are much harder since you’re utilizing your stabilizer muscles too.

damn I need to do a workout like this….no time though!
Oh come on! It’s just a gruelling, puking, nauseating couple hours a week man!
Well I could do that, but I don’t think there is one in Pittsburgh, plus how much does it cost?
I think each gym may price differently. Personal training is regularly $80/hour here at Crossfit Vancouver. There may be discounts if you know somebody
