Sounds cool for the Mustang engine but how’s the fuel efficiency? Did you hear that Ford came out with their new Eco-Boost technology for some of their engines? I guess it provides engines with V8 power but produces V6mpg results. Fast and Green!

I’m also thinking about do a custom fabrication on a mach II hood, but I’m wondering, how does this shaker system keep the water from getting to the intake, i imagine it’ll drip down through the flat pipe going to the filter, by the time it gets there, it wont have enough speed, pressure or whatever do be sucked it by the intake, right?

Nice, love the shaker hoods… the only reason to get a Mach 1 (well besides the forged internals). Looking forward to seeing your Dyno numbers. My buddy that had the 04 stang ended up selling it…

His mods were: Flowmaster Super 40 Catback Exhaust, MAC Prochamber, MAC 1 5/8″ LT Headers, JLT Cold Air Intake, 3.73 Rear Gears, Eibach Pro Kit Lowering Springs and 18″ Black Chrome Bullitt Wheels (275/35ZR18 Tires). After Dyno tuning, he only put down 255 HP / 297 lbs.-ft. Pretty disappointing so he got rid of it.

He is back in a 92 GT foxbody now, freshly rebuild upper motor… Dyno tune hopefully coming soon
