What’s great about that injury is that everybody knows exactly how you got it…being a careless idiot. But look on the bright side, it’s nothing a little glossy red nail polish couldn’t fix. After all, it is just a cosmetic injury. You can’t tell me Mr. Crossfit himself is stymied by this little boo-boo. But if I could, I would kiss it better for ya…you big BABY! lol.

I had thought about it but: 1.) I had no pin 2.) I was tired 3.) My last effort at self mutilation left me more scarred and in pain than the injury I was trying to relieve.
