Apparently recent studies has shown that gas grilling is healthier too as charcoal tends to create more carcinogens in the meat.

Looks like a pretty interesting grill. I’ve always preferred the taste of gas/propane to charcoal grilling – i guess im just weird. Anyway, yeah you will have to post up some pics from the next cookout!
