But, it is in poor taste for a guest to demand something be put on the menu. In most situations, the guest would bring their own food if they had special dietary requirements (i.e., allergies, religious needs, etc.). First of all no beef is being served , so my friend has compromised that she will buy the beef but it is to be taken off the skewer when served to her father-in-law. She has approx 100 guests arriving at this bbq and feels that this is poor taste for this man even to request it... I need an answer asap, the bbq is on Saturday the 16th...
