I’ve worked a lot of long, cold, wet nights on the creation of this film and so far the trailers look spectacular. Although I wasn’t a fan of the first AVP movie, it looks like AVP-R is going back to the Predator’s action/gore roots.
The film comes to theatres on Christmas Day, which is (surprisingly enough), the day that generates the most movie ticket sales in the year. AVP-R is not the first film that comes to mind when spending time with my family, but I look forward to seeing it nonetheless.
We also get a peek at the Pred-Alien hybrid. Aliens take on some of the characteristics of their hosts, no doubt from the blending of DNA.
Despite being cold and wet most of the time, we had a lot of fun making this film. I played one of the National Guard soldiers that arrives in the town overrun by aliens. We pretty much die ![]()

It’s been so long since I played the games. Was there a hybrid in the games?
Movie looks fantastic, and I hope you get plenty of screen time.
The movie is so dark, and all my scenes were in the rain wearing full combat gear, I would probably have trouble finding myself
Cool, definitely gonna watch this one.
Well, the green of alien blood and the red of human blood are very festive colours
It looks cool. I’ll still be trying to find you.
I hope it’s a decent flick. I’ll be on the lookout for your character.
Wow! I have been waiting for this movie!!!
I just recently finished watching the AVP and now got this great news that AVPR is coming very soon!! this is so cool man! we’ll be sure to spot new anyhow! hehehehe
I watched it with a friend the other night. well we had it play twice but we were occupied doing something else. She did make me breakfast in the morning though! lol
Probably go watch AvP2 this friday though.
Well I ending up seeing AvP2 and i could of sworn I saw a glimpse of you Leo in your gear in the rain.. or perhaps I thought it looked like you but it was a pretty quick pan of the camera. Did you get killed by an Alien? lol
I liked the movie even if it was a bit dark at times. The couple next to us were whispering about they though the house where that blonde girl lived looked familiar.
This looks so much more promising than the first AVP. Was it just me or were the predators in AVP1 far too easily dispatched (besides the last one)?
Hey congratulations on the part. I can’t wait to see AVP-R!
I cant believe your in AVPR….Your my fav pilot in BSG and now your in this movie too……this is awsome.
I am hoping you will get some dialogue in BSG because you look soo tough and viper pilot…ish.
We should be seeing you destroying raiders……lets hope we see you take down the aliens in a heroic maner before dieing….and saving some lives in doing so.
Your a great actor.
Good luck with future projects.
Hey Glen, thanks for dropping by and showing your support for both the show and myself. I really appreciate it when people take the time out to actually notice my character, it’s pretty cool
Been busy working on some other big sci-fi shows like Watchmen and The Day the Earth Stood Still. I also continue to make my regular appearances in season 4 of BSG. Hopefully the writer’s strike will be over soon so we can get back to finishing it off.
Thanks again!
Who are you playing in the Watchmen?? I’m keen to see that when it comes out as well!
Totally looking forward to this movie. It’s supposed to be a lot better than the first one, which was a total Velveeta-fest. The first five minutes are available on Yahoo.

You weren’t kidding when you said the movie was dark. I saw it in a pretty good theater and I could barely tell what was happening.
Looks like a great film – I plan to see it this weekend. I have always thought that the alien created by H. R. Giger was one of the most scariest monsters to appear on the big screen
