*Sorry folks! I’ve had to take down the photos due to a request by the producers. I hope to be able to repost them after the miniseries has been aired on the Sci Fi Channel.
Was going to post the pictures up last night when I got home from the set of “Tin Man“, but I was just way too tired to post anything coherent so I opted to wait until today. The show is turning out to be pretty fun to work on, the cast is amazing and the crew are a good bunch. Also lucky to be working with a good group of guys. We’re split into two major sub-groups, Long Coats and White Coats, the White Coats are basically walking latex condoms
Surprised that this show has a seemingly large budget for a 6 hour mini-series on the Sci Fi channel. The costumes and make-up are very elaborate and finished with painstaking detail.
As mentioned before, Tin Man is a re-imagined version of The Wizard of Oz, much darker and much more twisted . . . should be great!
For all of you that think that the film industry is all glamour, here’s some pics of us just doing what we usually do . . . sit around a lot and wait for lunch

Nice pics Leo, looks like a lot of *grueling* work.
Looks like fun. Your lunch looks pretty good.
That rifle better shoot lasers or something because nothing that looks like taht should be shooting bullets.
It’s actually a modified gas-powered launcher. Most of the weapons we use are real, with useless little bits added on to make it look cooler. Kinda like what Asian kids do to their Civics
You must really love your job. Seems like you’re having so much fun at work ..do you even call it work ?
For the most part it is easy, but we are pretty much “at the ready” all the time and work pretty hard when in front of the camera. The 12+ hours a day running around in full costume with big ass lights shining on you takes it’s own toll.

I wouldn’t have eaten so much though. One would think it would take a while to get out of that dress if you had to go to the bathroom…

Thanks for the peek around the curtain.
Who said don’t look behind that curtain?
